Could anyone say for sure if the Fit has a separate voltage regulator from the alternator?

 

No, they are all one part. Did your voltage regulator go bad? I had to replace mine as well.

 

Not sure yet really. I believe it may be going bad however. How did you know yours was bad? What symptoms did the car exhibit?

 

headlights (and some interior lights) were pulsing almost always, car would sometimes stall at first stop sign out of the drive way (not so often, but multiple times), my scanguage was reading voltages of up to 17v and I was going through bulbs rather quickly.
