Need help with idle issue/power loss

Okay I have a 2007 Honda Fit Sport 5 spd with about 156k miles. I am the second owner and had it about 5 months. I replaced all the coils and plugs with quality parts when I bought it less than 10k miles ago because it needed it and was throwing codes.

Ever since then its ran great with zero issues until this morning. Its cold and I was on my way to work, I only let the car warm up about 3 mins before I had to leave. Anyway, the car was running fine (even on the cold start) until about 5 mins into the drive. I noticed a loss of power and a rough idle especially when stopped at a traffic light. The car never actually stalled out or threw any codes....YET.

I only work about 7 mins from where I live so I dont have a long drive in the morning. Im not sure if the valves have ever been adjusted, but I know this cant be from the plugs/coils because I replaced them less than 10k miles ago. Any Ideas? could this just be a random occurance?

thanks so much guys !

check the MAF sensor and clean it.

Mine went through the same thing.. mornings it would rough idle and stall out if i stopped completely. also there was power loss when i would try and accelerate.

Valve adjustment needs to be done! Especially at 156+K! Checking/cleaning MAF is quick and a good potential fix, but at that mileage and if the car has ever been driven not like a grocery getter, your going to be tight on the exhaust and loose on the intake... Might even see an MPG bump after if they're way out of whack.

Just so ya know, it's not a mass airflow sensor (MAF), but a manifold pressure sensor (MAP) that's located to the passenger side of the throttle body. Fit's use a pressure sensor along with an incoming air temp sensor to calculate air density.
