Engine mount part number

During a collision, the upper right engine mount plate bolt flanges shattered as the engine was pushed back, pivoting on the upper left mount. The right mount is okay, but the aluminum mounting flanges where the two bolts attach to the engine housing sheared-off. That part of the engine looks to be a large molded plate or housing that might be replaceable. Does anybody know of a source for a part number. I may weld it, but I'd like to see the cost of the part first. That part handles a lot of vibration and any welds may fail there. I have been unsuccessful in finding an exploded diagram that shows the right side of the engine.

Thanks in advance. It has been an awesome car whose design saved me from injury during the collision. I want to resurrect it to its former glory.

The aluminum block is cast. To my knowledge, and it's not always good, you won't be able to weld that piece and get the same structural integrity. The cast metal is porous and causes problems for welding. Even if you could weld and get a "good" weld you still won't have the same internal, orthotropic material behavior through the cross section of the mount. Your better off finding a salvage engine for a few hundred dollars and swapping it out.

Give me a little more info on the car and I might be able to help. Year, make, model, trans or even just the VIN would help.
