Talking Just Bought a Fit!!!

Hi,

I just bought a 08 Honda Fit Sport, i have been racing hondas for a long time and i felt like it was time to make a responsible purchase so here I am.

Ive owned: 93 Toyota MR2 turbo (this car started it all), 00 LS integra on 8 PSI, 07 Honda Civic SI, 03 VW MKIV GTI 1.8T Full bolt on, EP3 Civic SI, 04 S2000.

Now I own the Fit and a 98 accord sedan w/ H23A DOHC VTEC Swap.

Yesterday i purchased some minor performance upgrades (Not Looking to change much about mpg or reliability) and some appearance mods.

HFP Muffler
K&N Drop in air filter
4300K hids for low beams
3000K hids for fog lights
M2 Lowering Springs
JDM DC5 Rear Emblem
Sport Emblem

Next I'm going to be purchasing new wheels and tires
Mainly going for appearance on this car as i need it to be comfortable to drive to work.

If anyone has any suggestions on some nice appearance mods / wheels / tires and maybe some minor performance mods they would be greatly appreciated.

New Fit Owner,

John

Welcome!

ANY performance mods are moot without a FlashPro. The Fit ECU is too darn smart and will de tune for any "bolt on" bits. I know one person currently has one for sale in the classifieds section though!

1000% agree... Lite wheels <12lbs and a sticky tire combined with a Progress Rear Sway Bar will dramatically boost your enjoyment!!!

congrats on your purchase! first thing i did to my Fit was mugen window visors, OEM honda visors are nice too and costs a little bit less. i personally like the window visor look and they're really functional when it's raining or if you park your car outside in 100+ degree heat; letting the windows down a little bit to circulate fresh air really helps.

happy modding

Lowering springs going on this weekend. Saving up for tires, dc sports carbon steel strut tower bar, progress rear sway bar, and blox front sway bar. Gonna purchase bars from THMOTORSPORTS even though i have had shitty service in the past from them they have the cheapest price on the sway bars.
