Injection to carburetion modification: Fit 2005

Hello Guys i come to share with you something bad a modification made to my Fit 2005, Injection to carburetion modification, my car had an electric problem and the mechanic did this, the problem is that the engine is working with 4 sparks and i wish to know if there is any distributor for my GD1 available to fill all the 8 sparks. I ask to the experts because i dont really know i dont care if the distributor is sold in other country or something like that, i could buy it.

Thank you very much for your help, now some pictures:

Just don't run the exhaust side plugs. Who cares about emissions or fuel economy at this point.

This is pretty awesome BTW, if only because I love carbs

A more interesting question I suppose is what do you guys plan to do for the throttle cable? Does it have a throttle cable stock? I'm not familiar with the GD1 and dsi motor at all.

Sorry, but that setup is bad news. That manifold looks like it came off a 1960 Morris Minor and promises as poor fuel-air distribution as there is. Both cylinders 1 and 4 will be fuel starved.
We've swapped FI's to Webers and Solexes dozens of times on Porsches, Spitfires, MG's and Honda CRX and your setup is not intended for 6500 rpm engines. Whats the carb? Also certainly it will need main jet changes including air correction if its not some single barrel Rochester.
Just let the secondary plugs go because thedir loss will have luittle effect on your Fits performance. Surely it will be over enriched on main jets.
For just piddling around you'll probably be OK. But otherwise ....

That's a air cooled VW carb? Like 30/31?

I just want to see how this works out so I hope the OP comes back lol
