2001 Fit - direct from Japan.

Hi Fit-Freaks.
New to the site and was hoping to get some input from fellow fit owners.

I just bought a used fit, 2001 with 67k miles on it, completely stock (will have pics up shortly). Bought from Japan and having it shipped to me in the Bahamas.

I'm looking for input on what maintenance I should do as I just got the car. A little background in why I bought the car:
1) needed a right-hand drive vehicle
2) I drive a total of 60 miles a day (highway) to work everyday so I need something with good hwy gas milage.
3) Really like the cargo space with the rear seats.
4) Always had Honda's. I've had civics and accords and was never disappointed in the quality.

So I purchased the car online from a Japanese auto dealer. Unfortunately there are no service records or anything (even if there were they would be in Japanese and still be useless). So I'm asking if you can shed some light as to what maintenance work I should do to the car in tip top running condition.

- Definitely gonna do an oil change.
- change the trans fluid? As I've read, the CVT takes a special grade tranny fluid, correct?
- with 66k I should probably change the spark plugs? Since I don't know if they have ever been changed.
- coil packs? I've read some forums on this and still don't k ow what this is.

Please feel free to chime in and let me know what you think I should do to keep my car running for years to come.
I hope the highway gas milage is good on this as gas here is around $5.75/gal. Not as much as the European gas prices but still much higher than in the US.

Thanks for reading. Hoping to get somee good feedback.
