Instrument cluster lights replacement

So, I got a 2004 Fit from my mom, and the cluster lights look yellow and dim. After watching some videos, none specific for a Fit, I figured after removing the cluster from the car, the bulbs would be on the back. But for my surprise, there is no bulb on the back of the cluster PCB, only the needles motors. It looks like I would have to remove the needles to access the inside of the PCB, and I'm starting to think the lights may be soldered to it...

So, has anyone ever replaced the lights? Is it possible/simple to do?

Unfortunately unlike older vehicles, our Fits have the bulbs soldered to the board. But I remember reading online that someone has done it though.
