You got it! It drives me nuts when people don't post the resolutions to their problem threads so I try to make sure that I do.

What's the part number on the bearing? You could probably just change the bearing and keep the pulley.

You could definitely do that if you were so inclined. Here's the part itself. You can make out the bearing part number from the picture:

I managed to press a new bearing into the idler (got bad one for free, now having spare) I used SKF bearing made in Argentina (if it makes any difference)

Glad to know the bearing alone is available.

I've seen some bearings not available to the individuals, only OEMS.

Yes indeedy, the idler bearing is replaceable. I have a press but I'm sure you could whack it out using a proper size socket and a good size dead blow hammer or lead mallet. I don't like pressing bearings with steel hammers but it can be done. The bearing for GD Fits is size 17x40x12, industry number 6203 2RS (2RS stands for two rubber seals). I found one on Amazon for just six bucks! Honda does not sell just the bearing, they wanted $62 for new idler pulley. Takes a few minutes to press out old bearing and install new. Well worth your time. As another person posted, there are aftermarket pulleys which are wider and will bind unless you install the proper thickness washer as a spacer. Easier IMHO to just replace the bearing of original pulley and cheaper too. The pulley itself should last forever.
