Any one know if the headlight covers on a 2004 Jazz can be coated/cleaned to stop them from going cloudy?

You can make the covers clear again by polishing or using a Headlight Restoration Kit.

But, the secret to make your restoration last longer is to paint the covers with a clear, anti-UV paint.
