#3 coil misfire

So 2007 fit has a #3 misfire, we have had the valves set, new plugs and new coils, it still has a misfire on #3, really can't figure out what it is thinking it might be a wiring issue????? It seems like there is no voltage going to that coil (I couldn't check as I didn't have my meter with me at my Son's apartment). Has anyone had anything like this? I have read through lots of threads and it seems people were lucky with the coils and valve adjustment and plug replacement, great for them however this is not our case.
Any input/help would be great.

Thanks

Remove coil from the well, plug into the connector and stick an old plug in. Push the plug against the exhaust manifold or other clean metal object and have assistant crank the engine. Watch for the spark between the electrodes. If spark is present check fuel injector
