Hey Guys,
Anyone know offhand how much shorter the T1R is length wise compared to the stock GE8 shifter? I need a pretty exact measurement since I am trying to order a custom shift boot and would like it to be the correct length for the short shifter. Thanks in advance for your help!

Just thought I would post this pic for future reference on here in case the question comes up again. The T1R is approx. 1 inch shorter than the stock shifter and worth every penny! The short shifter plus the H-Fit mounts totally kick serious ass!

H fit mounts - what are these? I'm about to do my T1R shifter swap and might regret rushing it prior to getting some h-fits!

Well upon closer inspection these mounts are the white plastic pieces that pressure fit onto the 'nubs' on te bottom and side of the shifter.
Managed to put a crack in one of them but I haven't noticed any issues yet.
