What are your plans for the car? What other mods do you have done? That seems like a lot of exhaust unless you are doing some hard core mods or road racing.

I plan on some road racing and autox and just some fun on the road :p
I don't have any mods so far, it's all stock. I've been trying to find an intake that I like, but I'm having troubles with that...

Why don't you start of with an axle back and see what else you may want/need later? You are going to lose tons of back pressure an torque with that set up and I don't think you'll be going fast enough (especially not at autox) to make it worth your while. Plus without a cat it's gonna be loud, smell bad and probably not sound very good.

I atleast need the b-pipe and axle back cuz my exhaust got hacked up so now I'm in the market for one.
Is there anything I can do to make up the torque?
What if I just did the b-pipe and j's muffler? wouldnt I still have the primary cat? Would my torque be fine then?

B pipe will still take away some torque but if you're all hacked up, then I guess it's a good solution. Just rather pricey, I'd say. If you get the b pipe, you will still have a cat.

If you have a base fit, I could think of about 10 better ways to spend $1300 on it other than an exhaust.

2-3 more HP over stock isn't going to improve your autox or HPDE time, anyways. I'd just look for a stock exhaust and spend the money elsewhere.

Agreed, spend the money on suspension instead. That is where you will make up time in autoX.

If you're looking on getting maximum performance while spending the least amount of money, I would recommend getting the test pipe and the b-pipe. Those 2 combined will definately boast more performance than with the combination of a b-pipe and muffler or test pipe and muffler.

For auto-x setup, have you also considered what kind of suspension modifications you wanted to do with the car?

If you're not sure, feel free to give me a shout and I can gladly help you out with all your needs. :)

Thanks.
