Not quite.

Offset is based on the centerline. You added 1.5 inches, but it moves the centerline only 0.75 inches.

45 - (0.75*25.4) is +26mm offset.

If the lip was 2.5 inches, then the final offset is +13mm

Mines are 16x7 +24 f and 16x8 +24 r but I'm planning to get 2.5 in lips really soon and put the 16x8 up front

Yea that's a fair price ! I ended up getting mine the stock grey! Needed work so I rebuilt them myself ! Meaning I took them apart and put them back together my self and got the face powder coated and the lips polished professionally

You'll still have wheelgap. And everyone who gets RS thinks that its necessary to be HELLAFLUSH BRO and that looks especially awful when not megadumped

I went to SoWo this last weekend....every other dub had RS's and was slammed.
Google BBS RS....and try and find a picture of a car with them that isnt stretched/tucked/rolled/slammed

 

I don't know of any quality coilovers for GE....IMO Skunk2/Tein Basic through SS-P/Megan/KSport/D2/Buddy Club are all garbage.

 

What other companies are there? lol
F&F...thats the only other one I can think of. And Apexi as well now

I mean...when I get my GD...I'm buying the J's Racing shock/spring combo but that will not lower me much, as much as I love being low...I love proper handling more.

If there were Koni Yellows and Ground Control coilover sleeves for the GE I'd recommend that.
