I asked Japanparts to look this item up and it was on the site a few hours later. It would be about $46 to ship it to where I live. Hopefully decaldude can come up with something similar for a lot less money, but here is the option. Very popular with the GE crowd in Japan from what I can tell. They come in different colors, so you might ask them to look up anything else you are interested in.

been looking for something simliar. More Japan has it for $21 but since it has to be imported from Japan, the wait is like 1.5 months they said. =(

HOLY CRAP!!! mine only cost 12 dollars from TFB designs and it looks exactly like that!

 

I wasn't aware of TFB selling carbon fiber style inserts.
