Driver's seat height adjustable

Hello all!

Been reading this forum for the past month. I am a proud new owner of a 2010 LX Fit here in Canada. Already ordered some parts to mod it as per my needs.

However, being a tall person, I would really enjoy having height adjustment so I could drop a little bit the driver's seat (because I get the mirror in my line of sight).

I've been reading as much as I could about this, and it seems that european Jazz has height adjustable seats? Any luck we could import the required part to adapt our Fits? I've been looking pretty much everywhere Google was sending me to try to find the part, but without any success. Probably because I have no experience in looking for parts... anyway...

Anyone here have any clue where to look, or what the part # is, or what parts needs to be changed (only bottom frame, rail, bottom seat???)

Thank you very much,

Fit noob

6'2" here. Since the fuel tank is located under our seats, I don't think height adjustment would allow us to lower our seats any more than they are now. I have the same problem with the mirror blocking my view. I did discover that the mirror arm can swivel up, but even at it's highest point, there's still like 3 inches between the mirror and top of the windshield. So far, I've added washers under the front seat rail bolts to raise the front of the seat about 1/2" for more thigh support. I also shimmed the gas pedal to angle it further away from me to give my right foot another 1/2". I'm waiting for my 5-point torx bits to arrive so I can install a stronger spring on the gas pedal. It's way too light.
