Show Me Your Deck Install Pics

Cruising these forums for ideas on which deck to buy I seen various install but I thought it would be nice to have one place to look at what other people have done and what it looks like.

Seeing as I still haven't done anything myself I figured I'd upload the stock deck (no nav.. stupid Canada) so we have something to compare them to.

As you asked in the other thread, here you go and keep in mind that iPod holder I made simply because I hated keeping it on my lap and I don't really use the pocket for anything, as a matter of fact I might be modifying the pocket to hold a blue LED voltage meter.

LOL...for a full on track build, why are you even bothering to keep the dash?

Is that CF vinyl over an aluminum plate? Perfect place for oil and fuel pressure gauges!

The setup was a carry-over from my old 2000 Acura which was totaled in an accident... brought over some of the components and added new stuff for the Fit...

System ended up with this:

- Mac Mini w/ SSD drive upgrade mounted in lower glove compartment
- Apple Bluetooth Keyboard and apple wireless mouse
- Xenarc 7" touchscreen LCD monitor
- Sony MEX-BT3900U CD Receiver w/remote mounted faceplate
- Sony USB/Aux Input controller mounted behind dash
- Carnetix CNX-P1900 regulated computer power supply
- Rear-view backup camera mounted above license plate frame
- Sony bluetooth microphone mounted at top of windshield
- GarminPC software installed in Parallels Desktop environement on Mac Mini
- USB speaker mounted below steering wheel for GPS instructional voice
- Webcam above rear-view mirror for FaceTime chat, etc
- Garmin GPS receiver mounted on windshield upper right corner
- USB hub mounted in upper glove compartment
- 110V power outlet to right of 12V power outlet with inverter mounted behind dash
- On/off valet switching for Mac system power, USB speakers
- JBL 2.5" mid/tweet mounted in stock dash spots w/6.5" woofers in door
- JBL 6.5" two-ways mounted in rear doors
- Micro USB cable for connection to AT&T Mifi for mobile internet and Slingbox

Almost completely done... photos will be up soon... makes driving this fun little car even more fun!!

I'll probably have to make my own thread for the build, but I'm doing an 8000bt with a blue-illuminated acrylic trim ring in a piano black bezel and glove box. All really over-built, but done once and done right.
