Yeah before the Clazzio's really took off, people were talking about the Katzkin's... but due to the ease & price of the Clazzio's those are more popular.

The Katzkin's are full real leather, nice options (gel/heat, etc, etc,), but the install is no where near as easy as the Clazzio's. The Katzkin's are a replacement for the OEM fabric covering, so you gotta remove the factory fabric, and install the Katzkins w/ the hog clips. Very few members have them, most of those were installed as a dealer extra, and iirc 1 person installed them themselves.

I bought that one (just the lower) on Amazon. The mounting hardware doesn't work. It has spring clips and screws, but the width of the spring clips at maximum is *barely* enough to hold the grille in place, and it's not secure. I've contacted the seller and he's relaying info to the manufacturer.

 

Thanks for the information I been thinking of just finding some black mesh looping it through the bottom grille.
