Sorry this never got addressed, dude.
I'm not sure what you mean when you say reprogrammed/updates (keys get programmed, and maybe software for the stereo/security gets updated? The latter part is a shot in the dark), and furthering that confusion the 08 fit is a GD and not a GE, and I'm unaware of the EX model, is that a Canada thing?.. I feel like the Canadian sport sub model was called EX or something..

Likely too late, but just incase it isnt, if you can resolve the communications here we may be able to help.

I have a 09 fit ex automatic and it suddenly quit working and there are no codes up on the dash. I think the controller quite talking to the solenoids, would like to be able to access the system for proper operating parameters and repairs.

I have 3 fits 2-'08, '09 sports with manual and reg '09 fit ex,xl, with automatic. I'm thinking the PCM is not having the shift solenoids engaging, the car suddenly quit engaging the transmission, no burnt smell or indications of a failing transmission. And I want to be able to repair and update my vehicle,

Might be a good idea to use one of those detailed OBD2 scanners. Scottie Kilmer recommends a good one on Youtube... I forgot the name though.

Reprogram for key? Usually Dealer only option unless you have a locksmith that those $10k machines that cuts and reprograms for you. Pricing can range, $150 is about what I would pay for a new cut key from dealer or lock smith. Don't lose those keys!!!

The EX isnt a USDM model, nor is the XL. we're speaking a different language here. You're in Brazil, aren't you?

though mileage may be a factor, the thing with automatic transmissions is fluid. Smell or no, verify your fluid level. Oh and let us know when the transmission's last fluid change took place.
I havent heard any non-fluid issues regarding the transmission for the 1.5L, but the truth is that we dont have the same vehicle and perhaps sensors used at whichever plant could be buggy. thats not worth thinking about until your fluid is proper.

If a software update is still what you want, I just chanced across the procedure, but it is for the USDM fit.
I don't see how this could benefit, but if it does, let me know!

EDIT: Oh right. I'm not familiar with aftermarket electronic diagnostic tools.. So I cant provide the only information you actually asked for. But I'm confident a fluid inspection will be beneficial.

I'd go through honda for the update if you do, since you're wanting the most up-to-date info.
