What is this exterior device on 2013 Fit rear roof?
I bought this used 2013 Honda Fit and am unclear what is this knob device is, located on rear roof between antenna and hatch:

Pretty sure thats where your rear wiper fluid gets sprayed from. I have an 09 and iirc on the rear wiper control you twist it up to get it to spray
