Had video but upload too large.

Yes, Hanks Upholstery Shop did the door panels as well. Note from them: Honda Fit is more difficult to retrofit leather seats than other Hondas: The OEM fabric seats are factory molded, so the fabric needed to be cut off the foam and foam renewed & formed. The side door panels are plastic-welded in place, so they were more time consuming than other Hondas as well. My 2011 Fit is in Mint condition with low mileage so it was worth it to me since I have had it paid off for many trouble free years now - only routine preventive maintenance.

I made a video, but rejected due to file size. These are snapshots of video. Still getting the leather put on console, Will add photos afterward.

Nice! I wish my 2010 Honda Fit Sport would have come with a choice of tan seat covers.

Thanks, I felt the same way. Black interior is not the best in hot sunny weather, plus seems harder to find things I drop. Can't say how many times I dropped something between drivers seat and console whereby it disappeared from view.

Nice photos, thanks for posting. That was one heck of a job you did on the interior. If you don't mind my asking, how many hours did you put into it? From initial removal of the existing stuff to sit in the seat and drive.

Full disclosure: I did not install the ALEA leather kit myself; I apologize if I gave that impression. An auto upholstery shop (Hanks in Melbourne FL) ordered the leather I picked out and completed installation. Even they had difficulty completing in three days (some specialized tools are needed). Reupholstery of Honda fit is more difficult than other Honda Models. The seat fabric is "factory-molded" and had to be cut off with some underlying foam renewals. The side door panels are "plastic-welded" in place. They had done many Hondas before, but the 2011 Fit was more time consuming. I am 68 years old and retired. It felt good giving business to local shop during CoVid small business shut downs and the end product exceeded expectations. Yes, it was pricey but I put my stimulus check to good use.

The more I look at it, the more it reminds me of the 1794 Edition Tundra's interior:

Awesome you went to a local place. Looks like it was well worth it.
