Hello, from what I understand the 2nd gen fit has a 40L tank, my problem is that not only am I not getting the rated 600km+ per tank at ~6.5l/100km (36mpg) but just a few days ago the fuel gauge was showing empty, I put in about ~22 litres and the gauge went to 3/4 full, which doesn't seem right if the total tank capacity is 40L (hell I've seen people putting 45-46L in it). Is it possible for there to be some kind of issue with the floater in the tank or the gauge itself? I should also note that while the needle was just above the empty line on the gauge there was no warning light/gas light on the dash. Any input would be helpful, thanks!
