Smart Entry Sensor in the Folding Mirror?
Smart Entry Sensor in the Folding Mirror?
Hi All,
I got a Honda Fit 2013 SMART (Japan Import Second Hand) - Some weeks ago my electric mirror stopped working and the dealer refused to change it for free. I decided to use it as a manual mirror but disconnected it from the PSU since it was making a fastidious noise in the background. Soon after my smart entry sensor (front) stopped working (the back one worked normally) and I went back to the deal who informed me that the smart entry sensor is located in the mirror and once I disconnected the mirror, I disconnected the sensor. Anyone can confirm this? Maybe personal experiences on how to disconnect the mirror without disconnecting the smart entry sensor?
