Hello,

I saw Ring is releasing a Ring Car Cam that uses ODB-II port for power.

Given the GE ODB-II port is near the center console, I wonder whether there is a way to thread the wire behind the console and to the ODB-II port, instead of from the center toward the left hand side all the way back to the bottom center console.

I wonder how others would have done something similar.

Sure. I had a Scangauge mounted up there for a while. If you pop the dash up, there's plenty of places to thread the wire through.
