Arrow Should I buy this FIT? Concerned about engine bay

Wanted feedback from the FIT HIVE MIND! I'm considering buying this for $6,500

Was concerned about engine bay, please let me know what you think!

2012 Honda Fit 183,000 miles Non CVT Automatic No Outstanding Recalls (airbags too)
No rattles, brakes well (front/rear). no noises on turns. U turns in both direction without problems.
Saw Oil sticker said 179,000 so overdue? Oil is brown, not VERY dark.
Radio flashes CODE. Not sure why.
Clean Title, whole life in MD/VA/DE. No reported accidents.
Noticed the antifreeze looked very low. Brake fluid a little low.
No rust on frame. Boots looks good. Maybe need outter tie rods. Good thread on mismatching tires.
Sold AS-IS by auction / dealer.
EDIT: I have decided to pass on this one. $1,500 in repairs (ONLY IF I do it myself) to make it roadworthy. EGR Valve, Starter, Alternator, Hoses, belt, transmission / oil change. NOT including spark plugs and coils, tie rods.

Thanks for the feedback. The hunt continues!

Is all of this pitting and rust normal? Carfax shows MD / VA / DE. All of the POP TABS appears untouched & none missing.

Giving my two cent. Rust is normal for those states due to snow. Engine mounts, EGR valve, water pump connecting pipe, maybe alternator need to be replace. Shocks look good no leakage, tie rod looks like its blown but cant tell, front fender don't look that bad. I'm from California, fits around here are about the same price, but without the corrosion.

The damage having no evidence of touch up paint and multiple low fluids in a car with that many miles for that much money would be a hard pass for me. Just does not look cared for.

For $6,500 you could do better. That one looks like it's been sitting a long time. I wonder why.

Rust could be caused by snowy roads, overall it looks good
