Pulley for drive belt tensioner

Pulley for drive belt tensioner

Has anyone replaced just bearing on 2009 Sport drive belt tensioner pulley? Looking at obtaining size

Rock auto to get the whole pulley, the bearing will likely cost more and the pulley isnt really designed to have the bearing removed, when I swapped mine it looked like they swaged the bearing in to the pulley.

I bought a Serpentine Tensioner and a Serpentine Belt. Haven't installed them yet.

I like OEM parts, and I don't mind spending the money for them. Life is short. Shorter for some of us than for others.

Drive belt pulley update


Usually I use genuine parts but in this case very expensive considering tensioner still fully functional, only issue is worn bearing. Above bearing SKF(Argentina made)from Lordco $9.50 Canadian plus taxes and easy to replace after removing assembly. Unable to locate NTN6203 LH original Japanese bearing. Current mileage 380,000kms original owner. Was pretty easy to do, all from the top. 40mm X 17mm X 12mm seals on both sides, high temp and rpm.
