What's under the hump (under left for)?
What's under the hump (under left for)?
Disabled tall chick here, using left-side hand controls.
When i put my foot up on that hump, my controls hit my knee. I'm getting too old in the knees to get comfortable with that hump in my way !
Anyone know what's under there and if it can be removed/made flat?
Thanks!

Are you talking about the dead pedal - the place to rest your left foot while driving?
If so, then yes it can be removed. You'll need to pull the lower portion of the door inner seal loose, remove the kick panel (the trim on the outside of the footwell) and the door sill trim, pull back the carpet, and then the plastic dead pedal "hump" is held in place by a couple nuts.
