2013 smell coolant after driving to normal operating temperature but no leaks seen and no consumption of coolant level in overflow bottle.

 

Typically this is a symptom of a tiny leak in heater core. That is annoying, I mean both the smell and how big job it is to change it.

 

thanx that's what we thought but never heard of heat core issues with fits so was wondering weep hole on water pump or maybe a crazy tiny hose on the back of engine seeping. am thinking only way to be sure is to remove feed hose to core plug and test drive it...also remove blower and flush plenum to remove any trace of coolant. thanx for the reply.......
