Front control arm horizontal bolt bound

After backing out about 3/8", my horizontal bolt on my control arm is bound, in both directions. I feel like it's going to sheer if I try to force it. It's not budging any amount. Not sure if you can see from the picture, but the bolt appears to be leaning down to the right just a tad. I tried a pry bar up top to see if I could pry the control arm top down to align it but it doesn't move. I tried jacking up the control arm just a bit and no use.

Is the LCA attached to anything, still? Maybe you can relieve the tension somewhere else.

Just the 4 bolts that attach it to the frame. Steering knuckle is already off (I'm replacing bearings, hub, LCA). I had the 3 other bolts off but I thought perhaps that was causing the bind, so I put them back on, but that didn't help.

I got it… Another round of pb blaster and induction heater. It was just rust. I thought it got bound by tension.

Thanks for following up. I was going to recommend YouTuber Gearhead Bryan. He uses PB Blaster (or other solvent) and heat, too.

Good luck.
