Question INVOICE price of '09 Fit

Does anyone know where I can find the invoice price for the 2009 Fit?

I've seen the MSRP, but couldn't find the invoice price

Are you expecting to buy one for that?

Is it so you can see how much profit they are making? If it's like the previous years, invoice will be about $600 below MSRP.

Invoice is irrelevant for the 2009--MSRP is probably as good as you'll do.

That said, I'll get invoice pricing up on my site as soon as I can find out.

Check out the Web site Autos At Invoice - The #1 way to buy a new car or truck!. I was told there that the difference on the '09 Fit between invoice and MSRP is negligible; thus, if you get one for MSRP, it's is a good deal.

What is MSRP on 5 Speed Sport?

Dealer told me but like a Moron I forgot. I know it's 17 and change.

Interesting--they claim they have a Honda dealer in my area (Detroit) that will sell me a Fit at invoice.

Anyone currently shopping for a 2009 Fit care to spend $29.95 to find out if they can actually deliver?

Hey, let me know if you can close the deal on such a price. That Web site told me that it had no affiliation with Honda dealers in my area, but it advised me about MSRP being a decent price. All I know is that this site is great arsenal to have before you have to deal with a salesperson....

Received this email yesterday:

"Thank you for visiting AutosAtInvoice.com. We have several Honda dealers around the country. However we cannot get you a Fit at invoice, do to supply and demand. Most all other Honda models are available.Thank you again."

So, as I expected, this site makes promises it cannot deliver on. They'll only get you a car at invoice if it's not in demand.

At this time, this response from them was predictable but cold. I was told months ago that they could not help me to get a Fit, but they did say the difference between invoice and MSRP was not much; therefore, on my own, I should try to get this vehicle at or near MSRP. I did....
