^ good question. those don't look like the normal california plates. normally for passenger cars here it's a number followed by 3 letters, then 3 numbers. and you don't get new plates at the time of purchase. anybody know what kinda plates that car has?

 

Honda cars with 3421 plates are usually test cars driven by Honda employees. Many times spy shot photos have cars with the same plate. I am a little confused since the car is already released; not sure why they are still testing it.

For example here is the Honda GSH.

 

It's one of the cars from the media drive. The plate matches the blue one pictured from the Temple of VTEC first drive...

Cool! Thanks for the pictures. My local dealer just called to let me know that they got one so I will either go down later this evening or tomorrow morning to check it out and take some pictures. He also told me that it has a spare tire.

 

Really reminds me of the Civic type-R. It's got that pod type look to it. Very sleek, colour looks great.

You would not think a few inches wider and a few inches longer would make a difference but it does look nice. I love the little changes they
have made in the rear hatch area. I am definitely wanting to go and drive one just for the fun of it. They say the suspension and handling are much better this time around. I love that color - sharp!

I agree. I can't appreciate this car from any angle.

It reminds me of when Mitsubishi went from the 2g(95-99) eclipse to the 3g(00-05).

IMO the eclipse was gorgeous from 95-99 but then when the 00 ones hit it's like the looks just got thrown out the window.

hell, mitsu even put a v6 into the 00 eclipse. WTF? :-P

I swear, if there's a v6 fit...
