Hey JDM. Did you get the mirrors on yet? Ive been really busy with work and the holidays and havent had time to play around with them. Did you figure out the wiring?

I second that question! BUMP!

Now that I have the service manual, I'm going through it bit-by-bit and figuring out the turn signal mirrors is one of my top priorities. I'm not so well-versed in wiring harnesses, etc. JDM is a lot more savvy than I am... Any progress, Dave?

Cheers,

Baz

Omg, where did you get those parts from?? I tried looking for exhaust, suspension, and stuff but can't find it for my 09 Fit Sports. Is yours an AT or MT? Can you direct me to a site where you got those from thx.

^^He's one of those rich kids that lived in JDM land and brought them back or shipped them back for himself.
(I'm kidding. Everyone envys JDM and wishes they had the access to parts that he does. Everywhere you go on the site, JDM is getting reps.)

He travels back and forth from Japan to San Diego, gets stuff that is only available, so far anyway, over there and ships it back to the states. He has done some huge favors shipping quite a few other parts for members here.

Dave,
I usually dont bother you much, but your RSR coil overs, those have titanium springs right? If you get a chance you should weigh a front coil over, and a rear spring, perch and shock.
Too bad the dollar has tanked against the yen over 25% since September

Yes the springs are the Ti 2000.... as far as getting them weight comparison...... already have done it... back when I was in Japan last year...

Front weight difference between the Stock assy and the RS*R Coilover was around 4.5 Lbs per side and the rear was about the same at 5 Lbs per side.... so a total savings of around 20lbs total... not bad for some weight loss

Hey Dave,

With all this, you better bring back a JDM Fit lol. I mean, that would be the only thing missing from your collection right??? It would also fit your username just right....Well.....and then a K swap :P

Sick stuff though!!!

Um....Dave, not sure how to put this without sounding a bit ghey, but I want to be you! You are the embodiment of JDM!

I was just talking about wanting a thicker sway bar, any chance you can get me a set of those lovelies?

I assume that rear bar would mount in tandem with the integrated factory bar. I wonder if the gains would be tangible? Either way, it would look nice, especially with a matching front bar.
