I really like the gunmetal look on the TW. IMO it's a great contract relative to the bright silver rims. Heck, looks good w/o lowering. With some nice tint you're good to go!

I don't have a clue where to tint in Houston, but I will have to check into the place someone here mentioned. Other than tint though, I don't plan on modifying this car since she could care less about exotic wheels or lowering it. I was VERY close to purchasing a white 09 Toyota Corolla instead of this, but the people on this forum really sold me on the Fit. You guys have all been a great resource in making my decision. I plan on perusing here often for info and updates. Thank you!!
The Corolla sucks. The steering is really vague and wandering, and the finish is CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. It looks so good on the outside, like a Toyota that you can run forever, but then when you drive it and examine the interior, it cannot possibly compete with the Fit.

As for tinting, don't go to Executive Motorsports. They quoted me $125 over the phone and then immediately tried to up-sell me all the way to $200. Maybe that is OK with some people but I really don't like that kind of thing. "And if you get this level of tint, our Diamond Level, I'll reduce the price of having a one-piece rear window to just $20!" I asked, "Do you mean the rear window is done in 2 sections?" And yes, they told me they don't use one piece. They also do stereo installations, and that's a good indication that they are generalists and not specialists. I walked.

I found a small shop off the Katy Freeway called Applied Window Technologies and they did a great job. If you are on the west side, PM me and I'll give you the info. Lifetime warranty from manufacturer.
