I do not want to give up DLR any way to improve Low beams?
Glad that made an improvement.
The other thing I always do is drive around the neighborhood, preferrably dark streets, and pay close attention to where the upper light cutoff is as you drive past cars parked on the street. You can usually tell if you're lighting up just bumpers and license plates or if you're actually putting light into the cabins. Sometimes I'll even pull over maybe 25-50 yards behind a parked car and get out and take turns standing in front of each headlight. If you have a helper that can stand in front of the other light, you can adjust one while watching the light on the car ahead.
