I, and almost everyone I know, like the GE better than the GD looks.

 

Hehe, sales person I ended buying from actually had 2 2008 models in stock in August when I talked to him and he told me to wait for the 2009. 3 Weeks later I have my 2009 parked outside.

 

I like both generations. My 07 kind of grew on me. I am sorry I don't still have it. I just got my 09 and it definitely has a different look and feel to driving it.

I don't understand all of the slamming that goes on here towards the new model. It's not like they're macs () and PCs. They're Hondas!

 

I like the bulbous headlights that make the front end look like an intelligent bug/insect

I'm still waiting for my '09 SSM Sport MT...... should be here beginning of November

I do love the position of the GD fanbois... it's almost like the GE is doing a disservice to the Fit nameplate. It's a ****ing economy car ladies, get over yourselves.

Yeah, I probably should have sugar-coated my reply... but this whole GD vs. GE crap is just really comical, and a little sad. Actually it's a lot sad.

Don't get me wrong - I think the Fit is a great car, that's why I'm buying one. But I'm certainly not going to flex in the mirror then go hustle chicks with it... so I don't really understand the hard-talkin' and machismo going around in the GD forum, but hey I'm new here.

 

With 623.7 cubic ft. of storage in the back you can pick up lots of chicks too at that! I think it would exceed the 850 pd weight capacity tho sadly. Even with skinny chicks, you wouldn't get to far .

Thats a good question, how many chicks can be picked up in a GD vs. a GE?
