Smile help with rims 0_o?

hey everyone, sorry this might sound stupid of me but i have a problem understanding these wheel fitments. i am trying to go for the "staggered" look and im not sure what kind of offsets and w/e is best fitment for my 09 fit.and the rims i want is the works equip3 the same one as the eg2. this is a pic of my friend's EG2, im trying to go for the same style...any suggestions?

i remember seeing pics of staggered fits. very low also.
i think you have to roll the fenders or even a wide body
kit is required depending on how much you want.

imho, leave the staggered look to high hp FR cars.

plus with same size all around you can rotate them.
