Im looking to get leds for the license plate lights and dome light anyone have a place and know the sizes? ....also i havent figured out how to take out the license plate bulbs to find out anybody know how......thanks

all seriousness though, I didnt buy any for the rear plates to be honest, I did order some of the top markers so they aren't amber and the really cool mini flashlight that sticks into your charger, even tho it doesn't stay

you can find the bulb apps here although I dont recall seeing the back plate bulbs...:

superbrightleds.com or autolumination.com is where I get all my leds from. I tried getting to the license plate bulbs today but couldn't find a way...I would easily tear this stuff apart if it wasn't a new car. I'll just look at work tomorrow and see if i can find a diagram.

Dome and map light bulbs are going to be a festoon base any of these festoon based bulb numbers cross reference the map and dome lights for our cars: 3022 3021 3175 6428 6430.

I'm interested in knowing how many LEDs you'd need to do the radio and hvac and bulb type. I have a crap load of #74 leds laying around. Maybe i'll tear it apart this weekend as well.

This may be a dumb question, but if I were to put some LEDs in the interior to light up say the leg area, where would the best place be to pull the power from? I've never installed anything in the car that requires the car's power other than stuff that goes into the 12V outlet, so where else can I pull power from?
