Fit nick-names!! Does anyone have any fun nicknames for their Fit?

Ok, so maybe this is my ultimate step to show the world how much of a nerd I am... but, I thought it'd be entertaining to start a thread-list of all a the fun nicknames people have come up with for their new fit. I'll go first.

"The Black Piranha"

I looked out of my window the day that I got it, looking downward at the hood, headlights and radiator opening. That instantly came to mind. The little "teeth" in the radiator opening really help that theme along too!! Needless to say, I have a black fit, and used to work at an exotic pet store when I was in high school. Black Piranhas (the fish) were consider pretty awesome then too! ha ha..

Cheers!
Brian

My friends and family have been having a great time coming up with nicknames and possible personalized license plate words to go with my new orange fit. They've ranged from sodas (root beer, sasparilla, etc) through flowers and of course goldfish and I can't even remember them all, but to myself right now I've been thinking of her as my "cinnamon girl" and hearing the Neil Young song in my head.

Not sure about a nick yet. My NewBeetle was "the Retro-Rocket" this one hasn't said much yet but she's got a real mean streak in her and enjoys it when i turn the music up real loud
My first thought was that it looks like the shuttle pod from "Enterprise" and perhaps "NX-01" is about right.

Not sure yet but "Honky Cat" and "Hot Shoe" popped into the cranial space! Maybe "RitzFitz" work in progress...

HELLO! My car has "GR8 Pumpkin" written all over it. I'd have custom plates made up but they're over $230 here in Ontario/Canada!

I just realized something. I would get a GE8 if it had a GD3 rear...

I have no nickname for my car but my friends say it looks like the bullet from super mario bros. But since my car is white, the girlfriend calls it marshmallow (too bad its catching on with everyone else)

My Orange Revolution Sport has been called "Penny" by me from time to time, but it's not sticking. My wife calls my car "Rusty".
She and our soon-to-be 7 year old refer to her TideWater Blue base as "Skye".

I have not really referred to cars by people names before. Usually some other term that references the way they run, the color, the purpose, or design. I've had cars that deserved to be called b!tch or POS.

Nick names for cars ??
Giving nick names to vehicles and other inanimate objects is just plain retarded .

Get yourself a pet if you want to name things

Still deciding on a name for my Orange Rev. I've been thinking about "Orange You Gladys" (orange you glad I didn't say banana).

Ha ha!! Wow! there's some great names for the fit going on here! Keep em coming when they come to mind! When I had a blue '02 WRX, I called that one The Blue Hornet, because of it's bug-eyes headlights. The more I drive the Black Piranha, the more and more that nick-name is starting to fit (no pun intended!). These cars a fun to drive! It's amazing to me too that it feels so much like the 99 civic I used to have, though even better!

wife wanted to call my MR GD3 "ladybug". i promptly told her "that's wack..." but then i started to call it "dodgeball" because its bright red and round. plus i have to dodge soooo many things to avoid being hit! (rocks, falling trees, semi trucks, people gawking at the "dodgeball")
