wow, what a disappointment. Reminds me of the overpriced 2008 Honda Civic Mugen Si.
I was looking forward to the mugen grill

I like the wheels, and this will make me reconsider getting the Honda aftermarket wheels. Hopefully there isn't too big of a premium for the Mugen name.

Love the front lip, fairly subtle.

Looks like the side skirts, rear bumper is the same on the JDM Mugen Fit:

And looks like the rims are the same design as the mugen concept:

While I'm lukewarm on Mugen's take on the USDM Fit, mad props to Honda for finally offering Mugen parts directly from the dealership. Now if Honda can offer ALL the accessory/options (LED turn signals, panoramic sunroof, etc.) found in Japan and Europe, the Fit's circle would be complete.

...A 2009 Fit equipped with MUGEN accessories was revealed today along with the announcement that beginning next spring, Honda will make a complete new line of MUGEN accessories available for the 2009 Fit on an a-la-carte basis through authorized Honda dealers...-Autoblog

I wonder how Honda is gonna market the Mugen Fit.. The Sport Model is nearly as expensive as a Civic EX, a Mugen version is prolly gonna cost as much as an Si, if not close.

Though I dun have a GE, IMHO the bodykit on the Sport model is cleaner and better than the Mugen Kit. I kinda see it as a "Mugen wannabe" for USDM, despite the fact it IS a real Mugen.

I guess I am the only one that likes the subtleness of the USDM Mugen Fit. The only thing I don't like are the rims. The body kit is not outrageous like the JDM model which is great. I am also glad Mugen is actually brining product for the US market Fit.

The shift knob resembles the S2000 CR and I like it, but I'm perfectly fine with my stock knob.

Not too impressed, but love the dual exhausts. But dual exhausts on a 1.5L 106hp car... Ooook.

I was wondering if it's just a fake dual exhaust look from the body kit or if there really is a dual exhaust system behind the holes - then someone said that it's just a single exhaust on one side and the other side is left empty. Either way, once more verifiable info comes out it'll either be a choice between faking a dual exhaust, or having a dual exhaust on a car that barely has over 100hp.
