anyone with tanabe NF210 springs?

hello, i was wondering if anyone here is riding on nf springs, ive seem a couple of ge8's on df210 springs but non on nf. df make the fit look great, but i don't want a ride that sits too low because i know im gonna rub my front bumper almost anwgere i go. im goona change my stock wheels but im sticking with 16's, i just want to see the stance of the nf springs vs the df. well thanks a lot.

I have Tanabe NF210's on 17x7.5 on 205/40's. The drop is just perfect for me. No rubbage. Here are some pics on stock rims & the aftermarket ones:

I'm actually going to be selling my springs to a friend with a black fit. The ride got much to bumpy after swapping rims. The springs were great on the stock wheels because of the bigger tire size. I'm installing my cusco coilovers today

Anyway, hope these pics give you a better idea of how they look.

yep, you are the person i was thinking about. Looks good on stocks, i guess it the short sidewalls on the 17"s that makes it look higher than it is.

I have been looking for a quality coilover for my 09. Can you post (or PM me) with details on where to find these? I checked several sites and no one lists anything yet......

Thanks

JDM_DOHC_SiR has posted a list in a prior thread...but I believe there are coilovers for the GE Fit made by RSR, Cusco, Tein, HKS, etc. As JDM said, "most" are only available in Japan at the moment.

Being as impatient as I am, I couldn't wait for a set to be released here in the U.S. So, I went to RHDJapan.com and searched "GE8" and found RSR Coilovers, Tein Basics, and Cusco. I ordered the Cusco's from this site. I bought them at a cheaper price than they're currently at though... But the guys that run the site are cool.

Or you can ask JDM to see if he'll get some for ya...of course after January per his signature. I bought my Tanabe NF210 springs from him and he shipped them fast. Hope this helps

Actually they are going to charge me (Columbus, OH) only $23 dollars for shipping. Not too bad.
I've seen 30+ for other sites.

$236 Tanabe NF210's (including shipping) Anybody else seen a better price?

I've had mine on for over 6 months now. I love them. I couldn't imagine my fit without them.

IMO its just an illusion. I measured and even leveled my car after installing the df's. The rake is perfectly level. I think its the over hang on the rear fender that gives the illusion that the butt is lower than the front. Solution is wheels spacers. That would probably solve that illusion of course if you carry anything in the back chances are you will rub the fenders w/ wheel spacers.
