I'm pretty sure you are kidding around, but if not, I'll say this...

If you didn't create it, it's copyrighted, basically.

From the Deviant Art Copyright guidelines:

What Sort of Things are Copyrighted?
The easy answer to this question is that just about any creative work you might find should be considered to be copyrighted by default.
A work is not required to have a copyright statement printed on it or near it in order to be considered copyrighted so do not assume that the work is unprotected simply because you cannot see a notice written anywhere.
Also do not confuse the fact that a work is publicly available with the idea that it is public domain or free for use. Being easy to find on the internet does not affect a work's copyrighted status.

Some Cautions
  • In most cases it does not matter how much of the material you have used. Whether it's a single frame, a few moments of audio, a short clip of video or any other sampling it's still considered to be copyrighted and you still require the owner's permission for use.
  • It doesn't matter how you obtained the material, it's still considered copyrighted and you still need permission.
  • It doesn't matter whether or not you've credited the proper owner, it's still considered copyrighted and you still need permission.
  • It doesn't matter if you are not selling it or making a profit, it's still considered copyrighted and you still need permission.
  • It doesn't matter if you can find other people using things without permission, it's still considered copyrighted and you still need permission.
  • It doesn't matter if you've edited it a little bit or made a few alterations, if it's recognizable it's still considered copyrighted and you still need permission.

You don't have to see a copyright for it to be copyrighted. I own all rights to the photo.

However, If you want to use it as your background that's not a big deal. I highly doubt you resolution is 900x600 so it must be awful stretched and distorted.

Thank you! I'm not doing it for a living right now, but hopefully when I move.

I've never had a gallery show because I've never tried to get one arranged. Thanks for the input.

Did a fast search and got this page:
Montana Art Galleries and Montana Gallery Guide

They don't all have photography and I did NOT look at all the links.

Here's one at random in your area. Your nature shots are easily as nice as the ones shown in this place:
Old Main Gallery :: PHOTOGRAPHY

They don't show anything contemporary or edgy, like some of your other images.

Get a portfolio put together and when out driving your new FIT, you have destinations! Check out some galleries, talk to the people, show them your portfolio.

And one more idea...you took such a great shot of your car, which everyone likes. Auto dealers want to sell cars. And they usually have really boring ads. Take a few more shots of your car, and show those to the people at dealerships, their advertising department. And their store manager. Because they often have framed photos of the newest models around the showroom.

I don't know if those images have to be "Honda Approved" or not, but imagine your awesome image framed at the dealership you got the car from.

Because you are in the area, you can take photos of their cars from their dealership locally, that could be framed for the dealership's showroom and really give people the sense of ownership. You know what I'm saying?

Just be glad I'm not your mom, because there would be many "I need your help lifting something at the store" trips where I would just happen to stop at a gallery with every single photo you've ever taken in your entire life to show anyone whether they were interested or not, much to your dismay.

I'll calm down now. There. That's better.

Yes, nice photo indeed. Looks like a quintessential Top Gear photo. They use a lot of filters.

Oh yeah, It was taken in Bozeman, Montana in some random parking lot by the new development part of town.

Also, this is my deviantart if you guys wanna take a look at more photos: Sytrus's deviantART Gallery
Very nice photo, I need a wide angle but they cost quite a bit. I wish I would have purchased one before I purchased my telephoto.
