JDM Mugen grille on USDM bumper?

JDM Mugen grille on USDM bumper?
Does anyone know if the Mugen or any JDM grille will fit on the USDM bumper?

I wonder how it will look fully painted?

Anything is better than trying to get water out of the honeycomb stock grille

No but here is the USDM Mugen Fit grill as was shown at SEMA.
