I know this is a longshot but do you think VSA will become standard on the 2010 model? Honda claims safety for all but I think the way it's packaged now with the Navi is sad and a scam. Shame on Honda for this!! Anyways love the Fit but won't buy it at 19,+++++ just to get VSA. This is a joke in my opinion. What do you think??? -Mat

isn't it suppose to be mandatory on 2012?
i doubt it for 2010 but maybe 2011 and def 2012.

 

the way i see it the USA have been driving for a long long time VSA or not come 2011-12 ill get a new fit w/NAV and if it does have VSA cool if not darn

 

Dunno about next year, but yeah the NHTSA mandates that it be standard by 2012.

 

75% of model year 2010 cars have to have stability control so there's a very good chance it'll have it, on the sport model at least.

Oh and its also 95% of 2011 and 100% of 2012

Only 55% of 2009's require it, thats why its only on the navi's

 

I double next year. In 2011 model year I thnk it will be on the sport model at least. i am thinking about trading-in my Fit in 3 yrs to get the VSA (and maybe some other extra goodies since they are always adding features each year).
