OMFG Does your pinstripe wrap around the rear quarter window?!?!? That has got to be the wackest pin stripping I've ever seen. You should burn that dealer to the ground!!!!!

Oh, and lose the pinstripe

Nay!

Pin stripes have a proclivity for breaking over the years. Your line will have a chunk missing at some point, it is almost guaranteed.

Thought so Coming off tomorrow, and getting springs installed saturday. Gotta re-detail the car since they always leave some sort of residue. Will follow with pics next week.

no way jose

you could also put a huge penis vinyl on the side, that would make it unique as well

Why are there even pinstripes on your car if you didn't order it that way?

probably installed by the dealer before anybody bought it so that they could charge a ridiculously inflated amount for it? just like tint by some dealers i'm guessing.

If that's the case then, as customers, we need to refuse to deal with that sort of service.

Yeah my dealer didn't have a TW so they got one from a nearby city which already had them. It wasn't a big enough deal for me not to buy the car.

At least you could give them a bad evaluation when Honda wants to know how you were treated.

its true to keep it unique, but you don't want to be remembered by people thinking "oh yea hes the guy with the whack line across body, hes prolly covering up a big scratch behind that stripe" lose it man, unique is good, but not that way

Has anyone else seen this seen this happen with pinstripes? My Fit also came with them but I didn't care because I didn't pay for them. I thought they looked okay so I was going to keep them. But if they are prone to cracking then I will ditch them now before they set in. The car is only a week old and I live in Florida where the heat is relentless on car exteriors.

Yeah I live in FL too which is another reason I'm getting rid of it. After a couple years they'll look like shit. And if you remove it too late you'll have some serious ghosting where the pin stripe was.
