Question about Traction Control

simple as this.... cvan it be turned off... as well as the vss...?

If you have the VSA and Navi there is a button on the dashboard underneath the left front cupholder. No other model fit has the VSA. It is all one system.

ok well i dont have the car yet, thats why i am asking.... so is there a button to turn off the traction control?

surprisingly it actually works very well for an econobox system

There is no separate traction control aside from the optional VSA. Yes, it switches off completely. I don't like it in the dry but actually like it on twisty mountain roads in the rain, where it is effective in reducing understeer and eliminating the risk of a surprise slide. For context, I like it better than the system in my Stage 2 (370 HP) STI, which I drive with the nannies completely turned off nearly all the time.
