Ok, for the benefit of all please educate us what equipment level does an "RS" and Type R FiT come with.

In other words what should our FiT have in order to qualify to have an "RS" or Type R badge? Thanks for the input. Much appreciated.

There is no such thing as a Type R Fit for one.

Second, I am talking about the Mugen RS kit and not the Honda Fit RS.

There are 2 kits mugen offers for retail and 2 kits only for the JDM spec. The RS and L/G. The RS kit is meant for the 1.5 GE8 and L/G for the 1.3 GE6.
