How is the sound level when the doors lock on Sport?

Sounds like a no brainer and looks easy to install. But does the upgraded horn change the sound level when the Sport model key is used to lock the doors? That is, when the lock button is pressed twice, is the beep-beep sound much louder with the new horn? I like to use that feature but don't want the sound to be louder and distrub people.

No.
There is another horn for the "confirmation" beep for the alarm/keyless system. It is located under the driver's side headlight assembly.
You can access it by removing the left fog light assembly if you have the Sport version.

Is this with the stock system, or some aftermarket system?

Thanks for the part link. Interesting that the 'part' includes two replacement clips. I did the el Grande(?) replacement and I had to get clips locally. [An aside, the local dealer not only didn't have them in stock (so had to wait and make second trip) but added delivery costs to their internet price (and tax).] The video shows the clips being removed quite easily... you don't see that they are 'destroyed' on removal

Yeah, it's pretty cheap, but the shipping was expensive as hell, and I'm only in the next state over. I went with hondapartsnow.com for the horn and two replacement clips and ended up saving a few bucks on shipping.

I changed my horn today. It was painless. It took about 20 minutes and I wasn't trying for any kind of speed record.

The shipping charge is a bit high, but they do carry the Honda Filtech oil filter. I added a few to make the shipping cost a little more bearable.

P.S. Anyone wanted a horn that goes meep, meep?

Is the oil filter that College Hills carries the good honda filter or the fram version?

15400-PLM-A01. I thout A02 was the good one, but could have it reversed.

My horn should be in on monday, so I'm going to change it out and put in my black aluminum mesh lower grill (to protect the AC condenser) all at the same time. I might take pics and post them if anyone wants them. I think pics of all of that have been posted before though.

I just bought 12 of them from college hills along with the wrench and the horn. Figured the shipping was the same for 3 or 12 filters.

I agree. Super easy to change. Just a tip, something I figured out when I tried to test mine before putting everything back together. If you just plug it in it won't work until you bolt the horn all the way back into the frame. I guess it's a ground or something. Definitely worth the change. Maybe people won't laugh at me when I honk at them now.
