Is Zeta Procucts the only mfgr. that makes a Hood/Bug Deflector? Nothing against Zeta but it is a bit pricey. AVS has none listed and will not return inquiries. Thanx....phasfit

There was a post last night about a cheaper one ..see thread:

..but I agree with what Manxman says. You get what you pay for generally speaking.
I actually bought the Honda hood deflector option for my Fit a couple weeks ago.(dealer installed)
While I had already been throwing the idea around as an option, it was reading manxmans posts about the deflector that cinched it for me.

Another thing to mention is the Honda deflector also has "FIT" embossed on the acrylic...barely noticable but it's there for those who like the OEM look.

if it's that expensive why not just get a 3M full bumper and hood skin (Clear).
get it done at a local shop.

Does anyone notice any real world benefit to the hood deflector besides looks?

bad looks imo....

I had one on my 99 Ford 4x4 and it was worthless. I had bugs galore all the time with that thing.

I really don't like the looks of the zeta deflector on the Fit. As far as I know, it only comes in black. That looks good on a black Fit. But on most of the others it looks terrible.
