just found these on ebay......does it seem legit to you? 160 for a brand new set of jdm tails?

The reason why it's a bit cheaper is because it's already in the states. Where as usually people have to trade with our friends in Indonesia or Thailand or where ever else.

 

but if you go to the ebay page it says delivery will be 4-6 weeks cause its from asia....

 

Hmmm. It says 4-6 days which would correlate with it being in the states. And I think we're reading the statement wrong. It's not coming "from" Asia, he just might be using the mail service that they have maybe. He also has a pretty reputable feedback. I checked all the items he's been selling and he has a pretty wide variety. I also looked up the location he put up and it's an Air Force base. Maybe he was stationed somewhere and got the hook ups.

Do some research man, you're more likely to find the answer yourself faster than making a thread on here and waiting for everyone to respond :P

I saw that guy is selling a few other kinds tails for the GE also.

I say they're copies/replicas of the real JDM non-led tails.

 

you're right. the seller just emailed me back. said they were made by depo. i'll pass on these. im looking for the real ones.

 

Yea, I was kinda curious how the lights got so cheap. I just did a bulk purchase for some of us on fitfreak and Honda Japan quoted me 280 dollars for the pair, 140 per side.

Now you know where to get lights from =)

Next Japan Trip, late June - so start saving people =P

 

they look legit, the origin of the seller is at an air force base. so he probably got it when he was deployed

 

Depo are nice, i got their projector headlights on my fit... but thats only cos its not Honda dun make projectors. If you can stick with original Honda parts, it goes a long way - Fitment will be better, quality is ALWAYS and u dun have to worry about leaks.
