David Pogue is kind of a geek's geek. Of course he has a Fit:

I agree with most of what he said but I don't get 2 things. First he said the GPS is the best he has ever used. I have two issues with that. It is a little slow browsing songs. Also he said it speaks street names??? The only thing I heard it speak is highways. I never heard it mention a street name. Also what does he mean by it knows how long to keep the interior lights on? That I never really looked for but I would like to know what he means by that. Otherwise I liked that and the video. I wonder if the GPS thing needs to see the sky or does it work like triangulation through cell towers. Its almost like that guy that used an old prepaid cell phone for tracking.

good article, agreed with most of it, would have mentioned the Road noise myself, but maybe its cuz Im rolling on 215/17/40's I cant recall if my stocks were as noisy, I doubt they were. And they are relatively quick little machines, Im often surprized by the peppiness

Hmmm, I bought my Fit to retire my 2002 CR-V from daily freeway commuter status. Gotta say, the Fit is a LOT quieter than the CR-V over the same roads. And...I can't tell much difference in damping either. If I'm not staring at the interior while I drive, I forget I've driving a small car.

well I just wished it was a bit more quiet as sometimes I find it hard to use my bluetooth headset, but some one posted that the one I have(Moto) is not that loud. may have to order a new one.
