Watch my HAIL damage get fixed!

Pretty cool, my body shop has daily updates of my car's repair viewable from the web.

$2300 in damage, 80 dents in the roof skin and about 20 on the side panels, rear pass door, etc.

100 dents, wow must have been an ugly storm. That's pretty cool, though. Better hope they used dry-erase marker for all those circles, though!

There was a big hail storm that came through Marble Falls recently that destroyed nearly everyone's cars, and even totaled a lot of them. That's cool that you can view it every day as it comes along though.

the roof will be repainted and the tops of the quarters will be blended in.

yeah i thought it was a pretty cool feature, seems to be a really legit body shop. Sort of an oxymoron.

My brand new 91 Civic wagon was in a hail storm. It probably had over 100 dents. I took the insurance money and drove it for 15 years with all the dents. The dented area never had rust. With all the dimples on the hood and roof, the car was probably going through the air with less drag.

the hell? they didn't PDR it and bondo/sand/painted it? yikes...

heck your dings weren't THAT bad and was easily PDR-able. it shouldn't cost 2300 if they were just going to bondo it.

They PDR'd what they could, but the dents in the roof were huge, and it was 80+ of them. They dropped the headliner and worked out what they could and body worked the rest. I'd rather them do that then a new roof skin that would leak and prob F up my side curtains in the process.

I see. Well at least they explained to you what they are doing and you're happy with it.

Yeah, I hope to be happy. Believe me I am seriously anal about stuff, so it will get a very close inspection. But they are supposedly the best most legit body shop around.
